My sister-in-law Hannah is expecting her first baby in June and her sister and I threw her a baby shower. Hannah wanted a Hobbit/LoTR theme and it was super fun!

The kids helped us set up. They put a magnet in this balloon so that the doll (who has a magnetized mouth) could be "blowing it up" 😂
Elizabeth and Ashtyn made Hannah this advice balloon 💗
This is their advice:
Always stay calm
When the baby is crying, don't have the first thing you do be turn on the TV
Lay out a blanket with toys
Enjoy the with Haegen when baby is sleeping
Sleep when you can because baby won't

We themed the food and it was really fun.

We decided to do a balloon arch as our main decoration.
We did little scrolls for people to share advice with Hannah and then we had newborn diapers for everyone to write funny or inspiring things on (for Hannah to see when doing diaper changes in the middle of the night).

We had an amazing turn out! I've never actually seen that many people at a baby shower before. So many people are so excited for Hannah and Haegan!
It was so fun to put this together for Hannah and I'm really happy with how it turned out. We can't wait to meet the little guy!
