Our MARCH FAMILY Memories - Heaven is family and warm weather!

We had a great month visiting with family and just hanging out. We're loving the warmer weather and the chances we've had to be outside!

This month we decided to buy Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and the girls love it. Rylee isn't as interested in it, but Parker and Ashtyn have had a lot of fun playing it. It has auto-steering, which really helps them to be able to actually do it.

Ben's cousin and his wife bought a house and near the beginning of the month, Ashtyn got to go with Ben to help them move. She was really excited and had a lot of fun.

Cousins 💗

We got to spend a lot of time with cousins at the beginning of the month before they went home to North Dakota. This was all of them watching Encanto.

Hot dogs and s'mores!

Grace turned three while she was here, so we got to have a little party for her. Oliver really loved the balloons and the ice cream.

These three love running around together (Navy, Grace, and Rylee--all three now) 💗

And then there's these three (Jonathan, Oliver, and Rhen) 💗

For Dr. Seuss' birthday, we had green eggs and ham for dinner and read a lot of his books. Every time we make eggs now, Rylee asks if they can be green.

Snuggles 💗

I don't remember for sure if I shared this already, but this is a talk that Ashtyn wrote (I wrote it down for her while she dictated) and then gave in primary.

Blocks at Grandma Lindi's--she made a "museum" and asked people to come see it.

Rylee sleeping 💗

Oliver's little hand poking out of my cover while nursing. He's the cutest!

Instead of buying special outfits for St. Patrick's Day this year, I bought necklaces and drew clovers on their hands with marker. Ashtyn then made paper clovers to tape to themselves. Parker's "hat" is a frisbee we have.

We spent the morning learning about the history of the holiday and then drawing/coloring together while watching Riverdance.

Our St. Patrick's Day lunch :D

Oliver wore this cute green outfit.

And the last thing we did was make green rice krispie treats (a healthier version I like, because I don't actually like marshmallows). 😋

Rylee "reading" to Oliver 💗

They sure love Grandpa Danny!

Ashtyn and Parker were playing a game where they put their animals on top of their heads with outfits. It was hard for them to see where they were going, but they sure had fun.

Walks on warm days are the best 💗

She got mad at me for something and ran to the corner 😂

After finishing A Series of Unfortunate Events together, we decided to start listening to Where the Red Fern Grows. The girls are loving it. We started it in the car driving to a park and when we got home, they begged me to let them keep listening. This is them snuggling on the couch listening 💗

I left the cheese out on the counter for a few minutes and Rylee found it ... we've had quite a few incidents this month. Neosporin, sunscreen, hair conditioner, dish soap, oil paints. I thought they were in good spots, but I've been working to make sure those kinds of things are put away in places that Rylee really can't get to. It's not as easy as it sounds.

Another fun thing this month was when we had a rainy day, I put on That Darn Cat. It's one of my favorite movies, despite being really silly. The girls ended up really liking it, which made me really happy, and we had a lot of fun watching it together.

The girls have spent tons of time outside. This scratch came from a stick (though Ashtyn says she can't remember how).

Oliver and Rylee's baby haha

Such a sweet boy! This was when we were at the park.

Sleeping babies are the sweetest 💗

He really struggled to nap a lot during March. This was my attempt at getting him to sleep on me when he wouldn't nap in his crib. You can see how successful I was.

His eyelashes 😍 and the drool 😂

Isn't he the most precious baby?? I might be biased, but everything he does is just so precious.

This is a six month outfit and it still drowns him 😂 he's a little guy, the cutie.

Oliver loves doll faces right now

Playing with Mom's hair instead of sleeping ...

Taking a walk with Dad 💗

Nursing to sleep 💗 when all else fails ...

Oliver also rolled over for the first time in March! He did it twice but then wouldn't do it again for the camera, so I had to make do with an "after" picture.

Such a sweetie 💗

Grumpy after not napping all day 😔💗

Rylee's favorite place to be 😂💗

More days of not napping. It really wasn't his greatest stretch for sleep (though I will say, he does really well at night for the most part and we seem to have figured out naps in April so far).

More sleeping while nursing 💗

When Oliver is sensitive, deep noises like "moo" are just too much.

Or even just anyone looking at him ...

Rylee playing with her "friends" 😍

I love watching Parker and her creativity 💗

Ben and I took a cha cha class together and it ended in March. We had so much fun with it!

We loved March and all the fun we had, but especially just being together for it 💗
